Project Gigglewater, nestled in the heart of Toronto at 1369 Dundas St W, is the neighbourhood’s go-to spot for a fun night out. Known for its lighthearted vibe and creative cocktails, it’s the kind of place that makes everyone feel right at home. Studio Forma had the fantastic opportunity to be a part of the creation of this amazing bar and it turned out even better then expected.
Our Goal
Our team wanted to create a bar that was exactly on brand. We went for a design that’s stylish yet unpretentious, ensuring that whether you’re a cocktail aficionado or just dropping by for a casual drink, you’d find yourself at ease. The new bar area is all about comfort meets cool, with a touch of that old-school charm that makes you want to stay and chat a while longer.
Custom Elements
We chose materials that are not only beautiful but also give off a warm, inviting glow. Picture this: soft lighting reflecting off polished wood, with just enough brass to add a sparkle without being too flashy. It's the perfect backdrop for the talented bartenders to mix up their magic and for guests to gather, laugh, and create memories.

The dark mood at Project Giggle Water, with its dimly lit corners and intimate ambiance, creates a cozy retreat for those seeking a nightcap enveloped in mystery and charm. This speakeasy-style setting, enhanced by the bespoke bar designed by Studio Forma, offers a sultry backdrop for evenings filled with hushed conversations and laughter.
